Note for users of Internet Explorer 7
 

When browsing the Restoration.com site in Windows Vista/Internet Explorer 7, you might encounter a connection failure error page or other problems connecting to the shopping cart. This is due to a known problem in the server's implementation of the TSL standard. A description of the changes in SSL can be found in the Internet Explorer blog. To work around this problem, please follow these steps:

  1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options
  2. Select the Advanced tab
  3. In the Settings box, scroll down to the Security section
  4. Uncheck the box next to Use TLS 1.0
  5. Click the Apply button, and close the dialog box
